Aber es gibt Mittel und Wege, sich wertzusch\u00e4tzen und das hervorzuheben, was beim \u00c4lterwerden sogar besser wird.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wir k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr unseren K\u00f6rper einiges tun, um uns fit und gesund zu halten.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vor allem sollten wir unseren K\u00f6rper lieben und gut behandeln, weil er das Gef\u00e4\u00df f\u00fcr unseren Geist, f\u00fcr unsere Seele ist. Der K\u00f6rper ist unser Instrument, um uns auszudr\u00fccken und zu kommunizieren, um Teil einer Gemeinschaft zu sein, um Freude und Gl\u00fcck, aber auch Trauer und Leid zu empfinden und mitzuteilen. Unser Geist ist die Quelle, die sogar dann immer noch klar und sprudelnd sein kann, wenn unser K\u00f6rper nicht mehr voll und ganz mitspielt.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In unserer inneren Haltung liegt unser Potenzial.
